Students from AR Johnson Health Science and Engineering Magnet School developed a unique shoe, which may change the height of the heel at the request of the owner. These versatile shoes that inventors called Step It Up, there is not for sale but it is a matter of time. According to students, Shoes Step It Up combines fashion, style and comfort. Their unique feature is that they can change the height of the heel-to low, high and medium.
The idea to come up with shoes that change the height of the heel, came one of the sponsors, Alex Holliday, during summer vacation, when she tired of walking in high heels.
Friends started thinking about the problem: "What if these shoes come up, which could change the height of the heel?" Seriously engaged in studying biomedical engineering, model design and technology, they invented these versatile shoes.
Its customers a unique invention, the authors have divided into three target groups:
women who have to wear low-heeled shoes time after injury, surgery, disease,
active women, work schedule which consists of a variety of activities requiring versatile footwear
and women who are moving to low-heeled shoes.
These versatile shoes are really, really handy thing. Moreover, they help save on the purchase of extra pairs of shoes in different heel.
Now the students are working to develop packaging and production of the first test batch of goods, as well as its patent.
The idea of students from Georgia illustrates the fact that crazy ideas do not happen. By faith, passion and engagement, as well as the necessary knowledge and research, any idea can be translated into reality.
